Brief Sales Information
It is easy and safe to make purchases from Fashionized. All prices are given in Swedish Crones (SEK) or Euro and the price will be calculated in the exchange rate for the day of the purchase.
In case you want an exchange or return a garment you will have the possibility to do so within 14 days of receiving your products.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship DHL to all countries within Europe and to the 50 USA states. At the moment we cannot send to to PO Boxes or APO/FPO adress.
Costs and Deliveries
Orders can not be shipped to P.O. boxes. Orders arrives within aproximately one to one and a half week after placing your order. You will be charged a rate of 10 Euro regardless sum total. Delivery Time approximately one to one and a half week.
Payments
We accept bank and credit cards, Visa and Mastercard. There are no extra charges. Your payment will be mediated by PayPal, Payson and Klarna with secure cryptation. No information about your card will be stored by Fashionized.
Returns for items
If you´re not saticfied or want to change clothes or size your always welcome to make a return.
Fashionized items are returnable within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Any damages must be reported within 30 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement.
Enclose your package well and please mail your return package to Fashionized. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Fashionized.se is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Once the original items are received at fashionized.se, you will receive a credit at your account in the amount you paid including Shipping Costs. The transaction will be made into your account within a week, depending on how much time your bank need for the transaction to be done. Use follwing adress to return your items.
Reclamations
At Fashionized the Consumer Buying Act applies. We always check that the product in question is in its existing condition before it is shipped to you as a customer. If, however, the product is likely to be incorrect, or transport damaged, you will be able to advertise it within three years. Please contact us at 0046 709 38 13 26,
in the first place. It is important that you report immediately, preferably within 14 days. Like contacting us before returning the product you wish to advertise.
Fashionized are responsible for shipping costs in connection with complaints, but does not redeem items that are returned to us by mail or by post. Once the complaint has been approved, we will send you a new product for free. If the product is out of stock, you will get the money back. Is there a minor defect on the product, such as a button that has been unloaded, we can instead stand for the costumer cost against a specified receipt. We can also send you a button to the costumer, if available from our supplier to order. However it´s important that you contact us before.
